CrossFit 355 offers the following membership options:
- I Can Competition – Our family friendly CrossFit competition presented by Front Line Mobile Health takes place on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 8a until noon. This event is specifically designed so that all participants can succeed, especially first time competitors! Register for the event by selecting your age and experience level under the ‘Event’ heading below! Take advantage of Early Bird Registration until December 31st!
- Monthly Elements Course – Our Elements Membership includes either 8 group sessions (4 sessions a week for 2 weeks, each M, Tu, Th and Fri) or 4 one-on-one sessions that are tailored to the individual’s current fitness level. Each class will teach and focus on those fundamental movements that are the basis for lifelong fitness and health. Every group session within elements is limited to 6 athletes per coach in order to maximize the amount of one on one coaching and interaction that is critical for your success. After completion of the Elements, the athlete is prepared to integrate into any one of our monthly membership options.
- Monthly Membership – The monthly membership is for those experienced athletes and graduates of our elements course who needs flexibility to work out on different days and at different times. This membership allows the athlete flexibility to choose any day and time within the class schedule. There is a 2 day per week, 3 day per week, and unlimited option for monthly memberships. Class sizes are limited to 12 athletes per coach in order to maximize athlete to coach interaction and increase the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of movement.
- Young Athletes – Young Athletes at CrossFit 355 will participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes, regardless of their fitness level or their sport. As with all of our classes, workouts will consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and are tailored so that all participants can succeed at any level. Every athlete needs the ability to pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump…the difference is that we want our young athletes to do these things safely, effectively, and efficiently! There is a 2 day per week and 3 day per week option and classes available each Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 4:30p. Existing members will receive a discount for their young athletes to participate.
