Travel Workouts

Many of our athletes are on the go and sometimes (although we know they don’t like to) simply cannot make it to the box due to work / travel / etc.  For those times, we recommend picking one of the three scheduled workouts below that can be easily performed at your hotel (most of the time without ever having to leave the room!).  Check them out and let us know what you think…and don’t forget to post your times!
