May 2017 Elements Course - Introduction to CrossFit 355

Our next Elements Class is scheduled for May 1-12, 2017 at 7:30p (with up to three(!) class options - 5:30a, 9a and 7:30p - based on demand)! This introductory course is 8 total sessions (4x a week each Mon, Tue, Thr, and Fri for two weeks) and is tailored to each athlete's fitness level coming in the door (regardless of current condition!). Since our first athlete walked through the doors, we have witnessed hundreds of athletes go through our Intro to Fitness (Elements) class and achieve an improvement in fitness level of 24% on average!
