September One-Month Elements Course - Introduction to CrossFit 355
Our next Elements Class is scheduled for September 8 - 25, 2015 at 7:30pm! This introductory course is 12 total sessions (4x a week each Mon, Tue, Thr, and Fri for three weeks) and is tailored to each athlete's fitness level coming in the door (regardless of current condition!). In 2014 and 2015, we have seen over 90 athletes go through our Intro to Fitness (Elements) class and have witnessed, on average, an improvement in fitness level of 24%!
