October 2017 Elements Course - Introduction to CrossFit 355
Our next Introduction to Fitness Course known as 'Elements' is scheduled for October 2-13, 2017. This introductory course is 8 sessions (4x a week each Mon, Tue, Thr, and Fri at 7:30p for two weeks) and is tailored to each athlete's fitness level coming in the door (regardless of current condition!). Since our first athlete walked through the doors, we have witnessed hundreds of athletes go through our Intro to Fitness (Elements) class and achieve an improvement in fitness level of 24% on average!
